I luv him! :D Yeah, just a simple oekaki of Neji-nii I did in ShiPainter... >__> Took awhile, but I worked on and off.

I... drew him in a weird outfit... again. XD I didn't intend to make him wear pink (cream... whatever XD), but once I started the BG and coloring... it just kinda seemed to fit. ^^; I like this color scheme though, I wanted to try it. :D
