Neji's growing up!! ;___; Mmm, yep, just a simple practice CG I did at like... 1 am Saturday morning. XD Playing with some Painter IX brushes. 
And listening to "Eternal Snow" from Full Moon wo Sagashite the whole time.. ;__; Luv that song!
Nyuuu, Neji's new hair is SO fun to draw. >___< I know his right side of his outfit's slightly off, I wasn't looking at ref.
Note: The curse symbol on his forehead is a Buddhist manji, not a swastika.... for those who dunno. ^^
EDIT: Added the BG. (And shortenend my description XD!! I type too much. >__< ...)
