Anyway... not much going on with me. I took a semester off from school just to do self-study and work on other projects.
My next doujinshi project will be an "Ookiku Furikabutte" aka "Big Windup" fanbook. *___* More updates on that when I finish fleshing out more ideas and stuff. But right now I can definitely tell you that it will have one or more short "stories" (fluff really...) and lots of gags and fun stuff. My goal is to make it about 20-30 pages, but we'll see depending on my time. So it will be a little baby book. :] Eeeee I can't wait! It'll be my very first book that I've done by myself! *__* And it's OOFURI! THE BEST SPORTS MANGA IN THE WORLD. Well... my favorite anyway. :]
You know how you've always got one or two series that your just REALLY obsessed with at the moment? Well, Oofuri and Hunter x Hunter are the ones! But these series have been like 2+ year obsessions. XD Not really at the moment. Of course, sometimes a rival like One Piece and Hajime no Ippo, both awesome, come in and seduce me for awhile. One Piece is cool. SOOOO COOL. It's definitely one of my favorite series.
On a side note. For anyone who is still expecting a second installment of Naruto doujinshi, all I can say is Pallid and I have not been inspired to do it lately. Right now we are setting our sights on Hunter x Hunter and Soul Eater projects. As much as we would LOVE to make fun of Naruto Shippuden, and we even had ideas we really liked, we're not feeling the fire like we did once. But who knows what the future may hold?
And weren't we supposed to do originals this year too?? Yeah, well, Pallid's on that path, but for me, I really don't have a story that I want to tell yet. I'm brainstorming and coming up with ideas, but so far I haven't thought "yes, I want to put all my energy in this for sure and share it with the world". Nope. Still searching. For now I will put all my love into my favorite fandoms. That's really all I'm interested in right now anyway. :]]]]
Well... I rambled all over the place.
*Pallid and I are going to be at San Mateo this weekend. say "hi" if you're going, 'kay?! :]]]]
